From listing to lease, step by step.

Here's everything we handle, from the first photo to the moment the door locks behind the renter.

    We photograph and list your home.

    Once your unit is ready, we take the photos and build the listing. Then we cross-list it on Leasiest.com, Zillow, HotPads and Trulia, where renters are already searching.

    Renters book a time that works for them.

    Renters choose from 11 appointment windows a day, seven days a week, online or by phone. We set the windows, so every showing runs on a schedule we control.

    In the softwareRenters get email and text reminders to confirm and verify their ID. Unconfirmed tours cancel automatically, so no-shows don't tie up your windows.

    They get a code for their tour only.

    Each renter receives a time-sensitive access code that's unique to their appointment. Nobody else can use it, and it only works during their window.

    The door opens with a welcome.

    When we list your unit, we install a temporary keyless lock and our touring and alarm system. The renter enters their code and is greeted by an audible welcome message.

    They look around at their own pace.

    Renters are encouraged to explore. Wireless contact and motion sensors, along with real-time motion-capture cameras, track the tour from start to finish.

    The touring screen answers their questions.

    A wall-mounted touring screen gives renters instructions, FAQs, qualifications and details about the home. They can also browse your other available listings.

    The home locks itself back up.

    As the appointment window closes, the renter gets a heads-up and Leasiest begins arming the system. Once the door closes, the lock engages, so only Leasiest-verified renters can get in.

    A thank-you and your application.

    After every tour, the renter receives a thank-you email with a link to your application and a request for feedback, while the home is still fresh in their mind.

Leasiest does more than make tours easy. Our proprietary alarm system, motion-activated cameras and wireless sensors give our team real-time data about your unit's security. We work to keep it safe and ready until your next renter is approved.

  • Door status. We see when the door opens and closes, during tours and between them.
  • Interior movement. Motion sensors and cameras pick up activity inside the unit.
  • Interior temperature. Ambient readings flag heat or cold-related events that put your unit at risk.
  • Video on request. Want to see what happened on a tour? Ask, and we'll send you the camera footage.
